I know some people are old school and are not going to like this first hunting tip, but a good set of walkie-talkies is an amazing resource for people who are hunting with others.  I personally have this set of Midland two-way radios.  These things work great for hunting.  They are camo so they don't stick out and you can change the call button to an animal call so it doesn't stand out.  My favorite is the crow, you can't tell the difference between it and crows flying over.  Even better they come with an earpiece that makes it where you have even less noise and movement with communication with your hunting partner/s.  You can connect as many radios as you would like as long as they are on the same channel and everyone can communicate information as it is happening.
